About Naiima
A support worker who specialised in supporting neurodivergent professionals.
My story
I've spent years working alongside neurodivergent professionals and watching talented, capable people struggle not because of a lack of ability, but because the systems around them weren't built for the way their brains work.
I set up NaiimaVA because I saw a gap; brilliant, capable people with funding in place but no clear route to using it effectively.
I have experience as a support work, where I helped vulnerable people who had various mental health disorders navigate day-to-day tasks with greater ease and confidence. That experience taught me how to meet people where they are without judgement, and without a one-size-fits-all approach. I bring that same ethos to every professional I work with.
Understanding neurodivergence
Neurodivergence isn't a deficit, it's a different way of processing the world. I work with professionals across the spectrum.
ADHD
Difficulty with focus, time management, and task initiation. I help create structure that works with your brain.
Autism
Sensory sensitivities, communication differences, and the need for predictability. I adapt to your preferences.
AuDHD
The unique combination of autism and ADHD brings its own challenges. I have experience supporting both.
How it works
From your first message to ongoing support here's exactly what to expect when you work with me.
My approach is practical, non-judgmental, and built around your brain, I'm here to reduce overwhelm, not add to it.
